Held on the third Thursday of August, the annual meeting gave members the opportunity to vote on proposed Code of Regulations amendments, learn the results of the Board of Trustees election, hear reports on the co-op’s status and meet fellow members.
The 2026 Annual Meeting was held on Thursday, Aug. 20, at The Tree Church, 721 N. Memorial Dr., Lancaster, OH 43130.
Registration began at 10:30 a.m., and the business meeting started at 11 a.m. Following the meeting, members enjoyed a door prize drawing and grab-and-go lunch. The meeting concluded around noon.
Members were able to RSVP for the annual meeting when they cast their ballot for board candidates and reviewed proposed Code of Regulations changes. Ballots were mailed the week of July 13, and members could return their ballot by mail or vote online. The voting deadline was Aug. 10 at 11:59 p.m.
