System Maintenance

PLANNED MAINTENANCE: The South Central app, My Account website, phone payment options and fiber internet online ordering will be temporarily unavailable for system maintenance on Wednesday, Dec. 4, starting at 8 p.m. until around 1 a.m. on Thursday morning.

PLANNED SYSTEM MAINTENANCE: The South Central app, My Account website and phone payment options will be temporarily unavailable on Thursday, May 16, starting at 9 p.m. until around 10 p.m. for system maintenance.

PLANNED MAINTENANCE: The phone payment options will be temporarily unavailable on Sept. 26, starting at 12:30 p.m. for approximately one hour. This also may affect the ability to save or access stored payment information for the remainder of day. This will not affect payments on the web or the app.

PLANNED MAINTENANCE: The South Central app, My Account website and phone payment options will be temporarily unavailable on Saturday, Feb. 10 starting at 6 a.m. until around 10 p.m. for system maintenance.

The South Central Power app, My Account website and phone payment options will be temporarily unavailable this evening, Dec. 31, from around 9 p.m. until around 2 a.m., due to system maintenance.
