Held the third Thursday of August, the annual meeting is your opportunity to vote on any proposed Code of Regulations amendments, learn the results of the Board of Trustees election, hear reports on co-op status and meet fellow members.
The 2026 annual meeting will be held on Thursday, Aug. 20 at The Tree Church, 721 N Memorial Dr, Lancaster, OH 43130.
Registration starts at 10:30 a.m. and the business meeting starts at 11 a.m. There will be a door prize drawing and grab-and-go lunch following the meeting. The expected end time is around 12 p.m.
You may RSVP for the annual meeting when you cast your ballot for board candidates and review proposed code of regulations changes. Ballots are mailed the week of July 13 and you can return your ballot by mail or vote online. The deadline to vote is Aug. 10 at 11:59 p.m.
