South Central Power

Outdoor Lighting

Illuminating driveways, backyards and farm areas across the service territory.

South Central Power now offers newer LED technology for its Outdoor Lighting product line.  LED fixtures are more environmentally friendly and provide a brighter, whiter light than the yellow light given off by the current fixtures. They are dark sky friendly and more energy efficient.

Existing lights will be replaced with LED fixtures over time. South Central Power no longer stocks parts or bulbs to repair older style lights.

Fixture styles and pricing

All styles use the latest LED bulbs and dusk-to-dawn photoelectric sensors.

Area, street and flood lights can be installed free of charge on an existing South Central Power pole that also has either a transformer or service wire. For lights requiring a new pole or other equipment, an appointment with our Engineering group will be required to determine the member cost for installation.
