1.1 Application & Acceptance of Terms & Conditions
Application. The General Terms and Conditions set forth in Part 1 of this Service Catalog apply to all products and services connectSCP and SCP provides Subscribers pursuant to this Service Catalog and shall continue in effect so long as services are provided under this Service Catalog. To the extent applicable to any service, services are also subject to the service-specific terms and conditions set forth in other parts of this Service Catalog.In the event of any conflict between these General Terms and Conditions and the service-specific terms and conditions set forth in other Parts of this Service Catalog, the service-specific terms and conditions shall control.
Acceptance of Terms and Conditions. Acceptance of the Terms and Conditions shall occur automatically upon Member’s payment of their first monthly bill for services rendered by connectSCP.
