VoIP Telephone Service types are shown in paragraph 2 below. The rates and charges for these services contained herein are in addition to all other applicable rates and charges located in other parts of these Terms and Conditions.

Service Descriptions
VOIP may be purchased as a single or two lines.
Temporary or Vacation Suspension is available for vacation purposes at a reduced rate upon Subscriber request. This service is allowed when a Subscriber is away from their premises for an extended time in the event of vacation, emergency, relocation, military service, or other purposes deemed reasonable by management. No other service charges will apply for the suspension and subsequent restoral of service. The rates may be billed in total prior to the establishment of vacation rate service, or monthly, at the option of connectSCP. Subject to connectSCP’s discretion, the minimum period for which this service may be provided is thirty (30) days; the maximum is 180 days during any twelve (12) month period .
