To view your daily or monthly energy use, start by logging into your online account through My Account. Once you are logged in, click on “My Usage.” You can select a date range, and toggle between your daily and monthly usage as well as compare against other timeframes.
Using My Account & App FAQ
To pay your bill, start by logging into My Account, your online account portal for South Central Power. Once you are logged in, click on "Billing & Payments" in the top navigation, or “Pay my bill” in the left menu. You can pay using a credit card or checking account number.
Click on the “New user” link on the “My Account” sign-in page. You’ll need the latest copy of your bill, or your account number and the amount of your most recent payment.
We use the last 4 digits of your Social Security number as a way to safeguard the security of your account.
To create a PIN for the phone system call (800) 282-5064 and press 1 for electric, then select #2 to manage your account. Then select #3 to set up your PIN. You’ll need to remember your PIN for future transactions.
