Owners of tenant properties who have changes to the properties covered under the Landlord Transfer Agreement must fill out the Amend Property List PDF form, then submit it to South Central Power using the online form below. Be sure to list every new property and list each property that should be removed.
In addition, to cancel the agreement if you no longer manage tenant properties within the South Central Power service territory, please fill out the Cancel Agreement PDF form and submit it using the online form below.
No automatic transfers will occur until this form is submitted and approved.
