South Central Power is pleased to announce the promotion of Tony Moore to Vice President of Member Service.
Tony joined the cooperative in November, 2021 as director of member experience, after holding similar roles in customer service and experience leadership with Verizon. Since joining South Central Power, he has been instrumental in establishing the cooperative’s connectSCP call center and leading strategic initiatives focused on enhancing member service and engagement. He has also served as a member of South Central Power’s strategy steering group and became interim vice president of member service in February, 2026.
As Vice President of Member Service, Tony will provide leadership and oversight for the cooperative’s key accounts, energy services, communications, community development, and call center teams. He will continue leading efforts to enhance the member experience while supporting South Central Power’s mission of providing safe, reliable, and affordable electricity.
