Account Numbers Are Changing

Thanks to technology upgrades, all South Central Power members will receive bills with an updated account number this fall. Your new account number will be printed on your bill, just like your old number, but it should be used for future payments, or any time you need to reference your South Central Power account number, like member service needs or outage reporting.
If you pay your bill online using a third party like your bank’s bill pay service, you’ll need to remember to update your South Central Power account number there as well.
So keep an eye on your power bill for your new account number, and contact us at 800-282-5064 if you have questions or concerns.
