The South Central Power Company Foundation is a 501(c)(3) charitable organization that is governed by a board of directors who represent each of South Central Power’s 11 districts.
The board, which is independent of the South Central Power Company Board of Trustees, meets quarterly to consider grant requests.
Board members are nominated by the South Central Power Company board of trustees.
