To use GenerLink, the generator must have a 4‐wire 120/240 volt outlet. Generlinks are not compatible with services larger than 200 amps.
Now, therefore, it is agreed as follows:
South Central Power Company (SCP) will install Member’s GenerLink device to Member’s meter at no charge.
It is understood that the Member has purchased the device from a third party and SCP has made no representations or warranties, express or implied, regarding the suitability or fitness of purpose for the device, Member relying solely on the warranty, if any, of GenerLink, the manufacturer of the device.
SCP shall not be held liable for damages that may happen if the GenerLink unit malfunctions and/or fails to function. The Member shall assume all liability for, and shall indemnify and hold harmless SCP, its employees, agents, contractors, subcontractors, and others acting in its behalf, against any and all losses, damages, costs, injuries, claims, expenses, attorney fees, and court costs incurred through the use and operation of this equipment, including, but not limited to, any and all claims for damages to property, equipment, and injury of persons resulting from, connected with, on account of, or arising out of:
- SCP’s installation
- Member’s operation and use of equipment
- Other acts or omissions of SCP
No provision in any agreement, code, rules or regulations governing the relationship between SCP and Member are superseded by this Agreement.
Member acknowledges acceptance of this Agreement upon submitting an order for a Generlink unit.
