South Central Power is now offering you the ability to enroll in text notifications for your Prepay account.

It’s easy to enroll – just follow the steps below using the South Central app. You are not able to enroll using My Account on the website at this time.

Steps for enrolling in text notifications

1. Log into the South Central Power app
2. On the bottom navigation menu select More
3. Select Settings
4. Select Contact Methods
5. Under Add New Contact Method select Phone
6. Enter the phone number you wish to enroll in text notifications
7. Toggle the Receive Text Messages to on
8. Select Continue
9. Review the Terms and Conditions pop up and select Accept if you wish to continue enrolling in text notifications.
10. You will receive a text message from 844-971-1037 with a verification code
11. Enter the verification code in the App and click Verify
12. You will receive a text message from 844-971-1037 confirming your registration is complete

NOTE: If you wish to enroll in other text notifications or unenroll from some of the Prepay messages you can navigate back to the Settings from the bottom navigation menu from the App and select Manage Notifications. Here you can see which notifications you are enrolled in for text messages and make any updates you wish to make.*
